Note: The number of advertised posts is tentative and may change before the final selection list is released. Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025)

Minimum Age: 18 years for all categories.

Maximum Age Limit:

  • General Category: 32 years. (42 years for PwBD, 50 years for Ex-Servicemen).
  • SC, SC(A), ST, MBC/DC, BC, BCM and Destitute Widows of all castes: No maximum age limit.

Note: "No maximum age limit" means the candidate should not have completed 60 years of age on the date of appointment.

Language Knowledge Candidates must have adequate knowledge of the Tamil language.

Selection Process

The selection process for the TN Co-op Bank Assistant post will be completed in two stages. The final selection of the candidates will be based on the merit list prepared from the total marks obtained in both stages.

  1. Written Examination: An objective-type written examination will be conducted for eligible candidates. This examination will be for a total of 170 marks.
  2. Interview: Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the written examination will be called for an interview. The interview will be for 30 marks.
