Salary and Pay Scale
Selected teachers will be offered an attractive salary package as per the rules of the Government of Jharkhand. The pay matrix level varies according to the post.
- Intermediate Trained Assistant Acharya (Class 1 to 5): Pay Level-4 (₹ 25,500 - ₹ 81,100/-)
- Graduate Trained Assistant Acharya (Class 6 to 8): Pay Level-5 (₹ 29,200 - ₹ 92,300/-)

Selection Process
The selection process for Special Education Assistant Teachers will be based on a single-stage Main Examination.
- Main Examination: The examination may be Computer Based (CBT) or OMR based. All questions will be objective and multiple-choice type. A significant advantage for candidates is that there will be NO negative marking for incorrect answers. The process of normalization of marks may be adopted.
