Selection Process
The selection for all contractual posts will be direct and based on the performance of the candidates in a personal interview. The process is as follows:
- Application Screening: All applications received by the deadline will be screened by a board of officers to check for eligibility based on the qualitative requirements (QR) mentioned for each post.
- Shortlisting: Only candidates who meet all the qualitative requirements will be shortlisted for the interview.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called telephonically for a personal interview. The interview will be held at Station Cell (ECHS), Ambala Cantt, from March 24, 2026, onwards.
