Salary and Cost to Company (CTC)

Selection Process

The selection process for the post of Management Trainee will be a two-stage process: a Computer Based Online Test (CBoT) and a Personal Interview. The final selection will be based on the candidate's performance in both stages.

  1. Computer Based Online Test (CBoT):
    • Exam Pattern: This test will be of 2 hours duration and will consist of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
      • Part-I: 100 questions on the concerned subject/discipline.
      • Part-II: 50 questions on General Aptitude.
    • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
    • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

    • The minimum qualifying marks for the interview are: 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD in the CBoT.
  3. Final Selection:
    • For preparing the final merit list, a weightage of 85% will be given to the CBoT and 15% to the interview.
